In addition to core platform features, your plan includes features like Advanced website analytics, Fully integrated e-commerce, 0% transaction fee, Checkout on your domain. Powerful merchandising. Advanced Shipping, Advanced discounting and the ability to sell subscriptions. Some additional features will be charged as an add-on.

We want you to feel like you have a partner in using your website as a tool for your business. Your Concierge membership includes up to one hour per month of edits to existing content on your site and support inquries.

This includes:

• “How Do I…” Questions

• Image swaps

• Copy updates

• Blog post & Event listing updates

• Bug fixes & mobile usability adjustments

Quoted hourly and completed in our priority queue:

• Implementation of new 3rd party services

• Creation of new pages

• Significant edits to site structure and architecture
  

Without WOTW Concierge, support, maintenance and design services are available for $175/hour.

Absolutely- you can own, edit and update your site all on your own. Without Concierge, Squarespace is your point of contact moving forward and any edits or updates to your site that you’d like WOTW to take care of will cost $175/hour once your engagement is complete.

If you’ve opted to pay yearly, we’ll send you a reminder 30 days before your year is up in case you need to change your card on file. If you’re good to go, you don’t need to do anything- your card will be charged and peace will remain in your website’s kingdom.
